Environmental News FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Lenexa, Kan., Feb. 13, 2013) - Koch Nitrogen Company LLC has agreed to pay a $380,000 civil penalty to settle alleged violations of the Clean Air Act at facilities in Iowa and Kansas. Inspections of three of Koch’s facilities in 2007 and 2009 revealed violations of the risk management program required by the Clean Air Act.
